Diana Marquez graduated from the University of California at Irvine with a Bachelor of Science degree. Immediately upon graduation she began working as Director of Programs and Development for health based non-profit organizations such as the American Heart Association, United Cerebral Palsy Association and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Her networking skills connected political, business, and community leaders and led her to become a consultant to many non-profit organizations to realize individual and corporate sponsorship. She served as Director of Corporate Development for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd annual Inner City Games chaired by Arnold Schwarzenegger. She also worked as the Director of Development and Public Relations for The Planetary Society - a worldwide membership organization, founded and directed by Carl Sagan, dedicated to international cooperation in planetary research and exploration. Shortly thereafter she became the Vice President of Development and Communications for the Mexican-American Legal Defense and Education Fund (MALDEF).

Parlaying her Public Relations background into sales skills Diana Marquez joined forces with Government Funding as a Business Development Officer selling Small Business Administration (SBA) Loans. She was the first Business Development Officer to sell a million-dollar loan in their first year, ranked 1st in the state in minority owned business loans, and outsold all other new Development Officers. As a result she was named Rookie of the Year.

Several years ago Diana began selling real estate representing developers in new home sales. As such she has sold several new home communities in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Putting her networking skills to work she also successfully connected her company with land brokers leading to land acquisitions in Ventura County. Most recently she sold the Crown Pointe Homes in Lompoc for a Santa Barbara based developer. This same developer had several Lompoc homes designated as Affordable Housing that they were unable to sell. Knowing Diana had extensive experience in selling Affordable Housing in Ventura County they hired her to market and sell those homes, which she did within one month.

Travels to both Colorado and Washington State have sparked a keen interest for Diana in Historical Building Preservation. Diana is fluent in Spanish, and of course, English. She looks forward to utilizing her sales, lending, and networking skills to bring sellers and buyers together to make the best sale.
