Application Guidelines

Please complete the entire application (incomplete applications will not be reviewed) and return to our office with $25.00(cashiers check or money order preferred) for each adult applicant.  We begin the processing process upon receipt of a completed application.  Once approved, we require payment of the deposit to guarantee and hold the property you wish to rent.   If not received within 24 hrs, we continue to market the unit for rent.

Applicant must show 2 pieces of identification, one must have a photo. 

Prior Rental History
Rental history of 2 years must be verifiable from an unbiased source (renting from your parents does not qualify). Applicants must provide us with the information necessary to contact past landlords. We reserve the right to deny an application if, after making a good faith effort, we are unable to verify prior rental history.

Credit/criminal/public records check
Negative reports may result in denial of application.

RENT PAYMENT

No cash rent payments accepted.   All payments must be in the form of a check, cashier's check or money order.   There is a $36.00 returned check charge, which is due and payable upon payment of the delinquent rent plus a late fee which is set out on your rental agreement.
