ERA® -- THE LOMPOC WAY

Established in the 70's, our office has seen many changes - from an upswing in home pricing, to technology becoming an integral part of the buying and selling process, to an overabundance of paperwork to complete the process.  However, what has not changed is the quality of service and caliber of agents who are associated with this office. 

In January 2000, this office became part of the ERA® Franchise Group, well known for embracing technology as part of servicing the consumer.   Along with technology, our association with ERA ® Franchise brought a myriad of programs, plans, and services which are beneficial and instrumental in helping buyers and sellers come together.  Whether you choose to relocate to Lompoc, or just plan a move across town, we have the agents with the knowledge and expertise to help you accomplish your goal. In October 2006, we acquired a long-time, locally owned property management company which added  sizeable inventory to our own property management division.  We now have the capability to rent you a unit of your choice while you qualify to purchase that dream home!  We will work with you from beginning to end - from placing you with a lender who can lead you through the process of qualifying to the day you get the key to the home of your dreams.

We are in the heart of wine country! A scenic setting at best--surrounded by hills, the Pacific Ocean, Vandenberg Air Force Base, and the entryway to miles and miles of vineyards and wineries...who could ask for more? 

Our pleasant, moderate climate gives us the ability to grow flowers year round.  This gives us the perfect opportunity to celebrate and that we do, in June, for five days, we celebrate our ability to grow flowers in true Lompoc fashion -- makes Lompoc the place to be!!
